30-Day Return Policy

You may return any undamaged item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in original, unused condition
  • Have all original tags and packaging intact
  • Not be damaged, worn, washed, or altered
  • Include the original invoice/receipt

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Undergarments and intimate wear
  • Opened makeup and beauty products
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Sale items (unless defective)

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged/defective item
  • We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will provide return instructions and authorization
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item to our returns address (provided by our team)

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (except for damaged/defective items)
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Items lost during return shipping are the customer’s responsibility

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved returns: Refund processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Cash on delivery purchases will receive bank transfer refunds (provide bank details)
  • You’ll receive email confirmation once the refund is processed

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Different sizes of the same item (subject to availability)
  • Different colors of the same item (subject to availability)

To exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Partial Deliveries

If you receive only part of your order:

  • Wait 2-3 business days for the remaining items
  • If items don’t arrive, contact us for investigation and resolution

Cancelled Orders

Orders can be cancelled:

  • Before dispatch: Full refund within 3-5 business days
  • After dispatch: Follow the standard return process
